The Winchester Hotel provides a choice of Suites for your business meetings, conferences and private catered receptions for up to 200 guests. Our strategic location just two miles off the M3 motorway, proximity to Winchester City Centre and Winchester mainline railway station and the availability of on-site parking make the hotel a perfect choice for your event. Our Conference and Meetings team will be delighted to assist you with any enquiry and do everything possible to facilitate your individual requirements. A range of options, from simple room hire offering bespoke packages to competitive day delegate and 24 hour residential packages are available.
- Our principal Suite is capable of accommodating full scale conferences / meetings and events up to 140 persons, but can also be divided into two smaller suites. The Suite benefits from its own private bar and is ideal for training seminars, product launches, engagement parties and birthday celebrations. Whether you are looking to organise a theatre style conference or a dinner and dance for 120, our experienced Conference and Meetings Team will guide you so you can relax in the knowledge that your event will be the success you want it to be.
- For intimate private dining, our Chaucer Suite provides an ideal venue. The Suite is also ideally suited to smaller meetings or for use as ‘break out’ from a larger meeting held in The Malory Suite.
- Our Boardroom accommodates up to ten delegates in comfort and includes a large wall mounted LCD screen with direct links to your laptop for effective and professional presentations. |
