This is a sample menu:

~ Greek salad – feta, tomatoes, olives, pesto dressing (v)
~ Homemade soup of the day, freshly baked breads
~ Chargrilled chicken Caesar salad, garlic croutons

followed by

~ Slowly roasted belly of pork, mustard seed mash, Calvados sauce
~ King prawn thai red curry, rice, naan, onion salad
~ Market fish of the day, buttered new potatoes, mixed salad
~ Chargrilled 6oz rump steak, dressed leaves and homemade fries
~ Wild mushroom tagliatelle, rocket and parmesan petit salad (v)

and

~ Cinnamon pannacotta, granny smith sorbet, apple syrup
~ Hot chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream
~ A selection of homemade ice creams and sorbets
~ Fresh fruit salad with pouring cream or ice cream
~ A selection of cheese and biscuits with grapes and celery
